Role Overview 

We seek a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate critical projects within our organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, securing non-dilutive capital from public grants and supporting the growth of the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment and has a strong background in project management within the biotech or life sciences sector. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify relevant funding sources and calls.

2. Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders (suppliers, collaborators, etc)
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, partners and collaborators.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

• Direct reporting to COO. Provide regular updates to C-level management on project status and KPIs.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and risk logs.
• Accountable for creating and updating the documentation required for grant applications. 

4. Resource Allocation:

• Work with C-level management to allocate resources effectively.
• Manage project budgets and forecast financial needs.

5. Strategic Contribution:

• Support the development of the company’s long-term goals and pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for drug development improvement and scalability.

  Qualifications & skills: 

- Master’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field. PhD desirable. 

- Al least 2 years of project management experience in biotech, pharma, or related industries. 

- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred). - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). 

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. 

- Strong knowledge of drug development, regulatory pathways, or biotech innovation. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. 

- Proactivity and excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
