Role Overview
We seek a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate critical projects within our organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, securing non-dilutive capital from public grants and supporting the growth of the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment and has a strong background in project management within the biotech or life sciences sector.

Qualifications & skills:
- Master’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field. PhD desirable.
- Al least 2 years of project management experience in biotech, pharma, or related industries.
- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred). - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of drug development, regulatory pathways, or biotech innovation. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity and excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
